1 Acceptance of terms

By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2 Nature of service — connection intermediary

The Platform is an information & connection platform between businesses. The Platform is NOT a party to transactions, does not process payments, and does not guarantee product/service quality posted by members. All transactions occur directly between businesses.

3 Accounts & verification

• Business accounts must register & be approved by administrators before becoming active.
• Activation via activation link (24h token) then self-set password BR35.
• Businesses are responsible for information accuracy & account security.

4 Member obligations

• Provide truthful, valid business information (KYC/KYB).
• Do not post content violating law, prohibited/restricted goods, false information, or IP infringement.
• Respect limits: max 100 products/business BR09, 30 certifications/business.

5 Content & moderation

• Content after account approval is auto-published BR29 — businesses bear responsibility.
• The Platform may remove violating content & suspend/terminate violating accounts.

6 Intellectual property

Businesses retain rights to their content and grant the Platform display/storage rights for operations. Platform logo/brand belongs to owner entity.

7 Limitation of liability

The Platform is not liable for damages from transactions between members, member-posted content, or service interruptions beyond reasonable control.

8 Suspension & termination

The Platform may suspend/terminate accounts violating Terms or law, with notice when feasible.

9 Terms amendments

The Platform may update Terms; changes will be announced on the website before taking effect.

10 Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes are resolved through negotiation first; failing that, at competent courts in Vietnam.
